Running has become one of the many ways I can prove to myself that I can do hard things, and that I enjoy doing them. It's become a wonderful way for me to make friends and meet people in Denver and Boulder, build my confidence, and tune in to my competitive spirit. My goal this year is to focus on quality over quantity, so I've been much better focused on supporting my running by doing more, focused strength training and resting on rest days.
